Kristin Fisher joined the CNN Space and Defense Correspondent team in the month of July 2021. Being the child and the mother of two NASA astronauts Kristin has a background in the field of space and has spent the last five years covering the Biden and Trump Space Policy of the Administration as a White House Correspondent for FOX News. Through that time she covered the 2020 presidential campaign, two impeachment trial, two efforts to stop the corona virus pandemic, and two other administrations' initiatives. She traveled extensively with both the Vice President and the President included a trip exclusive to Afghanistan, which she took together with Donald Trump. Kristin was a veteran of nearly an entire decade working in the TV industry.
